Fall Foliage

Chrysanthemums, or “mums”, are the hallmark of any modern fall setting. Available in a wide range of colors, from white and gold to lavender and pink, mums are easy, low maintenance flowers that impart a dramatic appearance deep into the season. Other great options include Pansies, Primrose, Snapdragons, Sweet Alyssum and Dianthus. For a striking aesthetic shift weave in ornamental kale and cabbage with contrasting tinges of white, pink, and red. Many of these species can be placed in pots or directly into the ground, so you aren’t limited to just a planter!

More Than Pumpkins and Greenery

While the obvious non-foliage pick for an autumn showcase may be pumpkins, there are many other accents to consider. Mix-in hay bales, cornstalks, and pampas grass to instantly build breadth, varied heights and a neutral coziness. Don’t be timid about using other festive decorations you enjoy, either. Wooden crates and bushel baskets, for instance, enhance rustic charm. Halloween tchotchkes strategically placed within your festive array bring a fun fright factor.
