Surrounded by natural greenery and including multiple places to chat, cook, dine, or unwind, this customized haven makes staying outdoors irresistible. Here’s a deeper look at why our carefully designed retreat is so special:

Each of these zones were especially created to give off a sense of well-being, exploration or celebration. Whether you are out in the sun, under the stars or even during a rainy day, thoughtful details, carefully placed backdrops, and an overall cohesive design feels effortlessly inviting.

Even though Premier was delighted with results of each skillfully planned element, we wanted to bring unity to the entire design. Since there already was convenient access from both driveway and street, that same openness inspired us to curate more functionality and seclusion. A custom wall was constructed to match the property's architecture, enclosing the main lounging area and refining the entire setting. A curved entry door echoes the aesthetic of the front door, and strategically placed windows soften the build for another point of interest. These additions helped harmonize the project into a multifunctional open air living sanctuary.

An installed fire pit with ample seating serves as the heart of the backyard, smoothly connecting the different spaces, while still providing a private nook. Integrated seating and modern glass accents offer the perfect vibe for peaceful reading by the poolside. The choice of granite for the pit’s table ledge and built-in seats add depth, and a graceful sense of dimension.

The pool and patio are emphasized throughout the development. Components like the fire pit and an exterior kitchen are meant to invoke an attractive setting ready for parties and memorable get-togethers. 

The multi-zone aluminum pergola, complete with ambient and LED strip lighting, heaters and motorized screens, spans across the dining, grilling and main lounge. Its adjustable louvers preserve the existing natural light and allow easy control of shade and sunlight. The custom TV wall compliments it all while providing a sense of protection and additional privacy from the neighborhood.

Colors from the vertical lines and patio beautifully tie in with the home’s warm hues. Border stones merge just the right amount of contrast to define and distinguish each section. Lush turf and stepping-stone pathways improve drainage and showcase lively greenery. The steppers establish an efficient and gentle flow between each distinct area. As plantings mature, they will highlight nature's screening and composition of form.

This renovation has all the amenities you could want to take full advantage of your home's exterior and is an absolute lifestyle upgrade. The entire arrangement exudes function and contemporary style while remaining soft and balanced.
